Hello Guys!

Great work so far this week!

Reminder this Saturday at 10am we have our beach workout at Tracadie Beach. 

To get there you will take route 2 towards Souris and then turn left on to Route 6 just after the Ultramar. Continue on Route 6 (Harbour Rd.) until you can take a left on to Beach Rd. Follow Beach Rd. all the way down to the beach and fun!

Here is what we have in store for Friday's workout.

Strength

Back Squat 5 x 5

Conditioning

Partner Interval Training

1 min work/1 min rest x 2 rounds

  • OH Squat (95/65lbs)
  • Hang Cleans
  • Box Jumps
  • Ring Rows or Pullups

The 1 min work should be an all out sprint. Don't drop the bar on the OH Squats or Hang Cleans, keep moving on the box jumps, and rest as little as possible on the pullups or ring rows.
