Great great work on the running everyone yesterday!

Now that we got that out of the way it is time to lift big with our 1 RM deadlift. 

I hope no one is using these posts to do some cherry picking and just as a tool to physically and mentally prepare for whatever challenges may lay ahead.

As well we want to add a few more movements, distances, or workouts to our (makeshift) PR board so if you have any suggestions please comment below, fire us an email, or chat with us at the gym!


1 RM Deadlift


2 sets x 4-6 reps Strict T2B or K2E

2 sets x 6-8 reps Kipping T2B or K2E


9min AMRAP

3 Deadlift (185/125lbs) or 60% or 1RM

6 Burpees over the bar

9 Situps

Set up strong on the deadlifts... It should not be a lot of weight and a lot of reps and go hard through the other two movments.
