Bring your running shoes today!

And your lifting shoes too!

We have two very important, but different, movements in today's workout and it is going to test you in completely different capacities. 

Strength:

Split Jerk x 2 x 5

Work on speed underneath the bar!

Conditioning:

400m run x 3

Rest 3 minutes between sets

Your first 400m run will be set as your personal record so go all out and hold on tight for the last two!
