Just a reminder that we have our Beach workout coming up this Saturday at 10am at Tracadie Beach. Bring anyone, new or old to CrossFit to the beach for a little workout this weekend.
For Tuesday's workout we have some squatting and a chance for you to work on your strict pullups.
Front Squat x 3reps x 4sets
Strict Pullups x MEreps x 4 sets
(try these strict, with a band, with a partner, or Chest to Bar if you have strict pullups)
4 rounds for time
4 Cleans (155/105lbs)
