Hey guys!

Whether or not you are making it out to the parade tomorrow we hope you make it in here to try out our Friday partner WOD. Here you are going to be sharing the reps through this chipper after getting a stronger posterior chain.

Strength:

Deadift x 3 x 5 (written here Brett style... sorry!)

Conditioning:

Partner 40's Chipper (20 each of the following 4 movements followed by a 400m run)

  • 40 G2OH (95/65lbs)
  • 40 Partner WBS
  • 40 KB Swings
  • 40 Partner Burpees
  • 400m Partner Run
