  • Here is our Hump Day WOD to give you a little (or a lot) of some Olympic Lifting action!

Strength:

Snatch - build up to a moderate weight, focusing on speed getting underneath the bar.

8min EMOM

  • Power Snatch 
  • Snatch
  • Hang Snatch

Conditioning:

6 rounds for time

3 Clean & Jerks

3 Burpees

*Use your Grace weight for the Clean & Jerks.

We have a lot of Olympic Lifting in today's WOD so bring whatever gear you need and we'll be putting you all through a very intensive warmup to make sure you are explosive and mobile!
