Competitive Training


Our competitive group meets twice a week for two hours on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 and Saturday afternoons at 2. This group meets with the goal of using CrossFit to express their fitness as a sport.

The majority of the programming and training focuses on high skill movement and testing the boundaries of physical capacity. While we follow the training methodology within our gym’s regular programming the focus is primarily on testing and training fitness with the end goal of competing in local competitions and the CrossFit Open.
